The 2017 GMC ACADIA DENALI is a radically different model from its predecessors with a slim body and choice of four-cylinder engine.

2017 GMC ACADIA DENALI ENGINE
The GMC ACADIA is one of the few cross-overs to offer a choice of four or six cylinder engines. The four-cylinder engine is a 2.5 liter with 193 horsepower and 188-pound-feet of torque, whereas it is standard on the SL, SLE, and front drive SLT-1. Coming towards the other one, the six-cylinder engine V-6 is a 3.6-liter engine with 310 horsepower and 271-pound feet of torque.
Both engines pair with a six-speed automatic transmission. The all-Terrain Package adds a more sophisticated AWD system with adjustable settings to vary on and off-road conditions. It does not include low-range gearing. The four-cylinder includes an idle stop/start function. It powers off the engine at idle status and restarts it when the brake pedal is released. The V-6 has active fuel management that powers off the three cylinders and light load conditions. This saves the consumption of fuel.

The price range of base model is $29,995- $45,845 and optional AWD addition for $2000-$2400 depending on the model. Any paint color other than white is $395-$995 and rear DVD entertainment is $1995.
